Our beautiful, modern studio has two spacious, light, climate controlled working spaces; Studio 1 for Mat, Reformer and group classes; Studio 2 for Individual or Duo private sessions, fully equipped with a full cadillac, combo chair, and ladder barrel, and the usual small apparatus. We are easily accessible from Bromely, Orpington, Westerham, Sevenoaks and surrounds, with ample free parking on site. 

Relax in Arthurs Restaurant and coffee shop before or after class.
Check the dog into Hairy Hounds on-site grooming service and treat the car to a wash or valet while you enjoy a class with us.
