This is an intermediate level class, working on the stability balls. The session may include movements and exercises from sources other than the traditional Pilates repertoire, including Garuda, Body Spheres, conditioning and dance.  It is a flowing class set to a beat, the moves are easy to learn and to follow and blend seamlessly into the traditional Pilates repertoire. We may use small apparatus to enhance the workout. Expect to work hard and to feel the benefits

You may purchase and use either Studio Mat or Community Mat class passes for access to this community class.

PLEASE NOTE: This class is currently available only at Chevening Hall, Chipstead. Class is limited to ten participants. Studio mat class passes can be used at Chevening. Beginners who have some mat Pilates or fitness or yoga experience are welcome

A few well-designed movements, properly performed in a balanced sequence, are worth hours spent doing sloppy calisthenics or forced contortion
