PILATES IN SEVENOAKS
Pilates in Sevenoaks is a classical and dynamic Pilates Studio, dedicated to teaching the true works and principles of Joseph Pilates. We offer a variety of interesting classes structured to suit all levels and assist all population groups.
Our clients are the most important part of our business. Whatever your goal, whether it be to move better, feel better or look better, we can help you.. All our classes and individual studio training sessions are developed with you foremost in mind.
In order to meet your current needs our timetable includes a range of LIVE Streamed Online classes. Private Clinical Exercise Tuition by appointment.
The Studio is equipped with all the latest apparatus and is conveniently located at ground level of The Education Centre at Coolings Nurseries, with easy access and with ample free parking. We also run Community Mat classes at Christ Church Hall. Orpington (near Chelsfield) Chevening Church Hall in Chipstead, Sevenoaks.
Our teachers are all certified and come from a range of different backgrounds and Pilates training schools, including Polestar, Garuda, Stott, Body Control, Future Fit and APPI.
