A total body conditioning class, combining aerobics and functional movement, HIIT, and Pilates principles. Set to music and with easy-to-follow choreography, this class is accessible to all of you looking to burn calories, increase heart rate and improve strength. The warm-up and aerobic section is 30 minutes; we swing and lift kettle bells for another 25 minutes, including upper, lower and midsection toning and conditioning.

Just the job if all you can fit into your schedule is one class a week, or it can be a great addition to your regular Pilates program.

Pilates is a progressive exercise program. It is essential to learn the principles first, layering in the exercises in stages. Once confident and strong with the beginning and movements, the time would be right to progress. Muscles build from the centre out and the whole system works with breath, the breathing the most essential principle to master.
