HIGH ENERGY DYNAMIC REFORMER CLASSES:
If you want to expend energy and burn some calories, try a jump board class. These are open to all, and you will be encouraged to work at your own level, dependant upon any physical limitations. It's a great way to generate aerobic energy, useful if you are carrying some extra weight and trying to shift it gradually without stressing your joints.

30/30 EARLY BIRD WORKOUT ( BELLS & BALLS)
A perfect session to work up a sweat for those who enjoy movement to music with uncomplicated steps, allowing you control and precision of movement to work the body in a functional and efficient way. Lots of Pilates tips and tricks throughout with a good floor work section to strengthen abdominal and back muscles . Kettle bells provide strengthening and toning for arms, legs and torso. Skipping ropes improve aerobic conditioning and co-ordination skills)

POWER PILATES
The first half is movement to music, wearing socks. Easy steps on sturdy, safe mats. Working core balance muscles and stabilizing as you tone leg muscles. Upper body strength is improved simultaneously with the use of weighted bars or hand weights. Static conditioning to include all major muscles of the torso and underlying stabilizers. It's a fun and invigorating mid-week workout. 20 minutes core work on the floor with adaptations and progression of the original Pilates exercises. a stretch to finish.
