Indoor cycle classes suitable for all, beginners to experienced 'spinners'. I am Keiser and Spin trained and have been teaching on bikes for a few years now. I love the combination of cycle and core... my classes include postural tips, bike and body set-up and a good core conditioning section, usually on the stability ball. Stretches too...

30/30 EARLY BIRD WORKOUT ( BELLS & BALLS)
A perfect session to work up a sweat for those who enjoy movement to music with uncomplicated steps, allowing you control and precision of movement to work the body in a functional and efficient way. Lots of Pilates tips and tricks throughout with a good floor work section to strengthen abdominal and back muscles . Kettlebells provide strengthening and toning for arms, legs and torso. Skipping ropes improve aerobic conditioning and co-ordination skills)

PILATES CONDITIONING WITH GLIDING DISCS AND BODY BARS
Wear trainers for this class, as the first half is movement to music, Gliding discs underfoot on this superior wooden floor. Highly polished and easy to move. Working core balance muscles and stabilising as you tone leg muscles. Upper body strength is improved simultaneously with the use of weighted bars. Static conditioning to include all major muscles of the torso and underlying stabilisers. It's a fun and invigorating mid-week workout. 20 minutes core work on the floor with adaptations and progression of the original Pilates exercises. a stretch to finish.
